Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Anal Region Due To Constipation And IBS
Hello...i was checking on ways to reduce the swelling around my anus due to IBS-C. I have used (often and repeatedly) Hemorrhoid Suppositories, Hemorrhoid creams & towletts. I have done the rectal soaking. Hell, i have even tried Vicks Vapo-Rub. I just feel like i have a walnut hanging round my butthole. Please help.

Please don't use vicks and all cause again irritation of anal mucosa.
Use lactulose syrp
High fiber diet
Reduce pressure while defecation.
Exercise regularly.
