Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is necessary performing a lumbar spine MRI and nerve conduction studies in order to determine whether there is need for surgery. In the meantime, I recommend continuing physiotherapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
