As you had contraceptive failure then there are chances of fertilzation so better you can use emergency contraception pills under guidance of gynecologist if it is within 72 hours of unprotected sexual contact otherwise wait for 35 days after her last mentrual period for her normal menstruation to come , if it doesn't then do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy status and visit a gynecology clinic / hospital.
