Can A Hernia Cause High Blood Pressure?

can a hernia cause high blood pressure. My brother is 50 years old, about 33 lbs and has had a hernia since birth. The past 6 months it has grown and his belly button sticks out about 3-4 inches he has also developed high BP 180/120. Can the hernia cause this?

hello, thanks for your query, hernia is intestine related thing, Bp is heart related thing which occurs due to smoking, alcohol, sedentary life style, obesity and kidney disease. kindly evaluate with physician for Bp, surgeon for hernia. all the best. take care.
