Hello Lai and welcome.

Some women return a negative result to pregnancy tests even during their 3rd month of pregnancy, so pregnancy will certainly have to be ruled out. But I am guessing you have a history of irregular menstrual cycles, and possibly have even been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries.

Please speak to your doctor about a concrete diagnosis, do not remain in the dark.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
