Can Tylenol And Naproxen Be Taken Together For Knee Inflammation?

I have an inflamation of a Knee and the doctor prescribed 500mg of Naproxen (aleve) and want to know if I can take Tylenol at the same time. By this I mean take the Tylenol and the aleve together ant wait for an hour or so before I take one or the other.

Hi,
They can both be taken together or separately. I would suggest you take them separately. This way you will get better pain relief by spreading them out.
