Hi and thank you so much for this query. I understand the right you have to do just anything you want with your body. There are two sides to the equation, you opting for it and the doctor accepting to. No doctor would feel accomplished doing a hysterectomy as a method of contraception. He is right to decline but does not mean he is dictating what you can do and not do with your body but he is simply making it clear that he would not do that procedure for such a reason.
