Is It Normal To Bleed After Consuming Cerazette?

Hi, I have been on the pill cerazette for a year now, when i started first i had bleeding for about 8 weeks and the it went away, since then ive had only one or two breakthroughs, however 2weeks ago myself and my boyfriend had sex for three consecutive days which was a bit rough at times and about a day after i noticed thick brown/red mucus that lasted almost a week, we didnt have sex the following week and my normal discharge came back but this week during sex we noticed a small bit of blood and now the mucus has come back? what could this be?
