Can I Be Pregnant With Unprotected Sex And Spotting During Periods?

Hi I am on the pill an I missed 2 days the last day (Thursday) I had unprotected sex so the next day I proberly shouldn't of donw it but I took all 3 and didn't think anything of it I took the very last pill of he pack Saturday rung a doctor because I was worried that I could be pregnant they said they would call back but didn't and from yesterday I have been have weird pains in my stomach And period pains I am not due on till Wednesday tho I just went to the toilet and when I wiped there was a spot of blood so I wiped again and then there was nothing could this mean I might be pregnant ?
