Can Becker's Nevus On Upper Left Shoulder Be Covered With Plastic Surgery?

I have a Becker's nevus on mu upper left hand shoulder.I talked with a tattoo artist to see if he can do a kind of camouflage on it, but he told me that this was a risk of skin cancer. I wanted to know if it is possible to cover it with plastic surgery.

Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

Plastic surgery is not a good option for Becker's nevus. Because it has a deeper component in the skin. It is not possible to remove it completely. There are very high chances of recurrent. Hence plastic surgery is not advisable.
Rather you may go for laser therapy. In few, good results have been seen.
Stay healthy.
