Came Off Pill. Been Strained, Lower Abdominal Pain, Painful Urination. What Does This Mean?

I have been under a huge amount of stress after being attacked by my ex partner 2weeks ago, and Iam undergoing legal action I have an 18month baby to him. I came off the pill at the end of February and haven't yet went back on. I have missed my period that was due on the 29april but for the last 2days my lower abdominal pain is increasing. I have been constipated and after I urinate the pain seems less intense?? But it comes back I did have intercross 4weeks ago but he did not ejaculate.

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through you history.

Stress is known to delay menses.
But you should rule out other causes like pregnancy , local infection or other uterine pathology. You can do it with help of your gynecologist.

For stress, you should consult counselor or psychotherapist to control stress.
You can also do stress management and relaxation therapy like breathing exercise for better control over stress.

Thanks.
