Came Off Copper Coil, Swollen And Tender Breasts, High Appetite, Had Spotting. PT Negative. Is It Cancer?

Hi, Last week I came off my copper coil, I have since gained weight, have a high appetite, tender and swollen breasts, spotting bleeding but haven't had what i could call a proper period even though I am due. My stomach is quite swollen, I have took numerous pregnancy tests which have all came back negative, but I am bleeding during and after sex. I am quite worried coz everytime I search online it just comes back as something really serious like cancer, should I be worried? and what could it be?

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your query.
First I wouldnt recommend copper coil for contraceptions. There are much better methods. Your symptoms seems to me like hormonal imbalance and you should evaluate this by gyn work up. There can be ovarian disorders such as PCOS or hormonal secretion abnormalities. SO do pelvic ultrasound and check hormonal levels first. Wish you good health.
