Burnt Leg, White Layer. On Augmentin Duo, Ciplox And Betadine. How Long To Heal?

Hi
I burnt my leg while accidentally coming in contact with my Bike's Silencer. When it got burnt I could see a white layer and wasn't in pain for that day, but from the 2nd day onwards it started to pain quite a lot. On the day of the accident I took a TT shot and started with antibiotics Augmentin Duo 1000 and Ciplox-TZ with pain killer ultracet. it's 14 days since the accident yet there is not much sign of the wound healing. The wound is now quite pinkish. Daily I am getting it dressed using Betadine Solution followed with application of Megaheal cream with an antibiotic guaze sheet on the top of the wound.
Yesterday with the application of the guaze sheet, the wound in some places had blood oozing out. I removed the guaze sheet and reapplied Megaheal and slept, had no issues after that.

Can you please suggest what else needs to be done for the wound to heal quickly.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Usually burn wound takes some time to heal.
As you have completed antibiotic course, what required is go for proper dressing if possible by the doctor.
He will clean the wound properly with removing slough and go for dressing.
Ok and take care.

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Atique Ansari's  Response
Wound healing can be accelerated by a localized healing session at the site of the wound. Get in touch with a energy healer if possible.

Your doctor is doing the right job.

Take Vitamin C 1000 mg per day or alternately you can take Cap. Amalaki 1 cap. thrice a day.
