hello ,my name is nida i m 26 yrs old ,when i didnt knew what was the problem with me i felt very helpless for about 3 to 4 yrs mostly at night i felt burning sensation in my throat nd felt as if something is stuked to it but after endoscopy i come to knew that i had chronic osophagitis nd mild antral gastritis bad acid reflux,i love mango pickles since i was a child nd ate a lot of them and sometimes i do over eating please tell how can i get rid of thess diseases

From your history and symptoms, I am afraid this reflux esophagitis and gastritis have not been well taken care of. You will need to get drugs to reduce the acid content of the stomach. Also you will need to adopt a healthy lifestyle like avoiding to eat late, raising the head of the bed at night etc to limit this reflux.
I will suggest that you meet and get evaluated by a gastroenterologist. He wil put you on the appropriate drugs.
