I have a few small flesh-toned bumps near my clitoris and labia and they have been there for several months. At first notice, the clitoris and anus area itched, sometimes a lot, but now that has subsided. I am in premenopause - no period for eight months now. I do go without underwear during the day for work and sleep nude. I also have lots of hot flashes and get quite moist in the crotch area. What is going on?
