Bumps Inside The Thigh. Not STD. What Are These?

Hi, I've been getting pimple like bumps on the inside and back of right thigh. They don't hurt but they annoy me because they won't go away! I tried popping a couple but they just bleed. They have been forming for about 2 months now. And I am a virgin so it can't be some form of STD. I just want them to go away I don't want bumps on my thigh for summer!!!

cryotherapy and electrocautery can solve the problem with 5 cycles as they relapse so much
