Bulky Uterus With Posterior Wall Uterine Fibroid

bulky uterus with posterior wall uterine fibroid and mildly enlarged b I am 45 years old .I have Anteverted bullky size uterus of 14.6 x 9.58 x 13.6cm. Endometrium - thickness 11.1MM Myometrium Posterior wall fibroid of size 6.22cm x 7.55cm, Anterior wall fibroid of size 2.9cm x 2.94cm Cervix $ Vagina -- cervix shows nebothian follicles, vagina - normal Left ovary - shows a follicle of size 1.58cm x 1.56cm Right Overy - Normal Cul - de- sac - Normal Liver - Normal Gall Bladder - Normal PV $ CBD - Normal Pancreas - Normal Rt. Kidney - Normal Lt. Kidney - Normal Ureter -Normal Spleen - Normal Peritonium - No free fluid seen Para aortic - Normal Retroperitoneum - Normal Bladder - Normal Remarks -Anteverted bulky uterus. Endometrial thickness 11.1 MM. Both ovaries are normal. Abdominal organs are normal. Multiple fibroids uterus. What is the best advice ?

best treatment at this age for multiple fibroid is hysterectomy or removal of uterus. as family is complete and uterus can have variety of diseases at this age. so go for hysterectomy
