General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear and thanks
Just relax and follow the following steps to get treated:
1. Wash the wound properly with water or antiseptic solution.(Which you have already done)
2. Take Tetanus Toxid injection within 24 hrs of injury.
3. Rabies vaccination is must if not taken before.
4. Proper care of wound is need with antiseptic creams or oral antibiotic to protect the wound from any kind of infection. Wash the wound daily with antiseptic solution
5. Do not try to squeeze or do any experiment with the wound. Let it heal by natural process.

Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
