Breast Pain, Lightheaded, Nausea, Back Pain, Fainting And Periods Due. What Is This?

Hi Doctor, My periods are near, (29) , but I experience unusual symptoms like, breastpain, lightheadedness, nausea, fainting, backpain etc. I had a treatment for the pain i experienced near my breastbone near my chest and at the back. I have not been pregnant.

Hi, thank you for writing to HCM. With this presentation, I think the problem might be a condition called premenstrual syndrome, which is a group of symptoms that occurs before your periods and disappears when the periods begin. In my opinion, I think you should not be worried.
