Cancer isnt the first you should think of although colon cancer
usually starts with anemia
,blood in stool
. Much more often than cancers are rectal disorders such as hemorrhoids, fisures, angiodsplasie,polyps. If you have defecating problem then even digitorectal exam can detect some tumors which are in 60% cases in rectum
,defecation can also be difficult cause of sphincter weakness. How is it possible that you dont have results yet? did they take some biopsies? Your symptoms are serious and significant but there is no need to panic. As I said in most cases this is something benign,but detailed work up is needed especially if you are male +50.
