Born With Hole In Heart, Have Chest Pain. Is It Ok?

I was born with a tiny hole in my heart . When I was about 17 I went back to the doctors because I was having chest pains. They said it never closed-but it s ok. Is it? I m 33 now and I have been suffering from chest pains again but not very often.

Hi,

I'd suggest to go and do a cardiological check-up (ECG, cardiac echo) to see if you have problems or not.

Meanwhile, I'd advise to avoid heavy physical activity, drink more water, avoid coffee or other energetic drinks.

Hope it helped!
