Blood In Urine, Open Sore On Penis, Soreness In Chest And Nipples. What Are The Symptoms Related To?
My bf has been complaining about blood in his urine for sometime now..today he showed me he had a small open sore in the opening of his penis (urethra?).Also, his left breast have been sore as well when touched..and it seems to grow..the pain are in his nipples? he would have it checked by next week since he is waiting for his health insurance...what could his symptoms be related to? what can he do to relieve the pain?

Blood in the urine can be due to many reasons like kidney stone,urinary tract infection,tumour etc.
So,his urine has to be sent for microscopy.
He should get Ultrasound abdomen.
These complaints are nothing to do with breast soreness.It can be due to infection and surrounding inflammation.
Small open sore in the opening of his penis can be due to trauma.
Till investigation reports are recieved,I prescribe antibiotics like Cefuroxime,Ciprofloxacin and anti inflammatory drug to my patients with similar complaints.
Get him investigated after consultation with a surgeon
