Welcome to Healthcare Magic Ann,
Very frequently hemorrhoids bleeds, especially internal ones while defecation. If you will note after /while you have defecation fresh blood on your stool, on tissue paper, then certainly presence of blood is due to hemorrhoids. But there can be bloody
diarrhea or
dysentery ( bacterial infections) ,but is very unlikely in your case, because dysentery must be accompanied by sever bloody diarrhea, fever,
vomiting, alterated general status, other general signs and symptoms , that not in your case. I would advice you as I diagnostic method anoscopy or
colonoscopy , normal diet, sitz bath, antihemorrhoidal creams, suppositories. In case of confirmed hemorrhoids they can be excised surgically, or using
sclerotherapy, ligation with rubber band.
I wish you good luck and speedy recovery,
Hope this helps and I have answered your query. If you have additional queries don’t hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
Dr.Mihail
