Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Sometimes normal persons can hear their intestinal sounds (borborygmi).
You also have several other symptoms - it could be gastritis, ulcer and so on.
The ideal approach will be to see a gastro-enterologist and have an upper GI endoscopy done.
In the meantime, you will benefit from Proton Pump Inhibitors - like omeperazole and pro-kinetic agents like domperidone.
Probably, there is nothing urgent or serious, but you need to be seen.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
