Hello, I do not know which treatment you took at home. I do consider you are not having headaches. This is mostly temporary due to some smells ,just take care that you do not expose yourself to dust,perfumes ,fumes in kitchen,petrol, kerosene oil smells,perfume sticks,smoke etc. But if it stays long then you need to get investigated for adrenal gland hormones (thats is very rare). Take rest ,do not drink much of coffee and do not watch tv for long ,take adequate sound sleep. If you have nasal septum hole then you can take normal saline sprays that will keep your nose clean and decrease crust formation and so less chances of bleeding. If in doubt do reply.
