Bleeding During Sex, Cramps, Lower Back Pain

I am 39 and I started bleeding during sex with my husband today. It was only during sex no sign of blood after. It was a large amount but did not realize until later. The rest of the day I had mild cramps . I also have had lower back pain that wraps around to my side for about a month. Period is not due for another 2 weeks.This has never happened before.
