Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I will suggest you to visit a physiotherapy clinic as in physio. There are machines like (TENS, IFT) which relieve in pain and hot packs also helps in relieving the pain along with exercises (like assisted exercises, resistance exercises, stretching). You may get better, and it will also be easier for you to do your activities of daily livings (ADL's) normally. Also counselling session for curing for depression will help you out. Do contact us again once you are symptom less. A tailor made exercise regime can help you in long term which we may discuss later.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harsh Swarup
