Back Pain, Swollen Brown Spots, High Fever, Ear Ache. Treatment For Symptoms?
hi, i recently fell and two days later have developed pain in my back with raised brown spots at sighting of pain (middle of back, each sides) spots are darker where there is more pain. I had a high temperature yesterday which may have been from an earache i am also suffering from (before the fall). i am 25 years of age
hello, im sorry to hear you hurt yourself so badly. you must have had contusion ie blood collection due to the injury on your back, the blood collection gets darker day by day due to the breakdown of blood pigments in that area, you can relieve your pain with hot fomentation and analgesics, your fever may be due to the inflammatory response of your body to the process of breakdown and muscle injury, your earache needs to be evaluated, can see an ENT specialist.
Hi, You have got two problems together. Having brown spots on back might be due to fall and developing some hematoma on the site. there might be having some soft tissue injury as well. Having temperature might be due to infection in your ear. Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflamaatory medicine courses after consulting your doctor which will work for your both problems. Ok and take care.
