Baby Has Enlarged Tongue, Difficulty In Swallowing. What Treatment Should Be Taken?

MY NEICE IS 8 MOS OLD AND HER TONGUE IS ENLARGED. I HAVE NOTICED THIS ABOUT THE SECOND OR THIRD MONTH. I WAS CONCERNED, AND STIIL AM, ABOUT MR . SHES FINE OTHERWISE. SHE HAS DIFF SWALLOWING AND SEEMS TO PUSH THE FOOD BACK WITH HER TONGUE. IT SEEMS HALF IS PUSHED BACK OUT WITH THIS MOVEMENT. IT PROTRUDES AT REST AND SEEMS TO BE BECOMING A NORMAL FEATURE. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO HER? WHAT IS THIS? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND WHAT ACTIONS SHOULD I TAKE?
