Armpit Lymph Node Swelling, Breast Tenderness, Night Sweat, Coughing, Fever. Help
hi hope you well ,
I have had issues with my armpit, its recurrent I have had numerous lymph node swelling. I first thought it was because of my mental cycle and breast usually gets tender and I would wait for it to go away. Recently it has been there for way longer after my period. It has been tender and i can see it usually its under the skin but now its visible and uncomfortable I have major night sweats coughing late at night which i find strange as this has never happened only when the nodes are swollen. the nodes has not disappeared at all after my last periods and it worries me i only cough while lying down and fast asleep when im awake i hardly cough i also experience fever at random times of the day my neck hurts constantly as well but i hardly have the time to go to the doctor i have not cut my hand or arm and no infection that i know of.
Please help me

swelling in arm pit could be a enlarged lymph nodes or infected skin glands.
Do self examination of your breast for any lump, change in size, variation in consistency.
Better to get mammography done.
Consult your doctor for examination and management.
If its a enlarged lymph node needs to find reason for enlargement and that needs to be treated.
