Arm Injury, Severe Pain Due To Recurring Fluid Filling In Arm. No Relief With Medicines. Suggestions?

i had injury in my arm (soft tissue damage) a year back. i had consulted with the doctor, they had done a small operation for taking out fluid accumulated in my arm. After operation holding power of my hand had been reduced. After 3 to 4 months due to certain exertion of work my arm once again got swelling and pain. I had consulted with many doctors and they had done many tests MRI report says that there is fluid in my arm, in another test deficiency of vitamin D and B12, EXRAY report is OK, NCV test for nerve is OK. Doctors are saying there are some nodules in my arm and the are creating a lot of pain.I am taking the medication from last 6 months but there is no result of that.
Now please suggest what should i do

hallo dear friend ,thanks for writing to HCM
i have studied your case
how you had any injury
what is your age ?
nodule can be blood hematoma or a benign tumour
you need USG guided biopsy ,or FNAC or open biopsy
confirm the dignosis and then accordingly planning for further management
you need some neurotropics like methylcobalamine [trinerve forte]
add calcium with vit D

take rest , take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
avoid lifting weights

you need may need PET scan
