Are The Semen Analysis Reports Normal?
my age is 34 yrs and married two years back. recently undergone semen analysis test.
report ; volume - 1.5 ml , viscosity - normal , total count 48 mil , active motile - nil,
sluggish motile - 12 % , dead - 88 % , morphology - normal , occasional puscell (HPFS).
Is there any chance of my wife getting pregnant? pls advice

Your semen analysis report suggests infection with decreased motility.
Infection is indicated by occasional presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
Motility should increase with control of infection.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.You can also take bananas,pomegranate,garlic,amino acid like L-carnitine,walnut etc.
You should avoid tight underpants.
Sperm count and morphology are normal.
Get well soon.
