Are The Heart Rates Normal?

Hi Doctor,
I'm 49,height is 1.73m and my weight is 70kg.I have my heart attack on 28 November 2010.Recently my HR was 48 to 50 and I do jogging everyday for about 3 month.It's this HR 48 to 50 is normal and sometime I have chest tightness is this normal.

Thanks for your query.
Each and every individual has a unique range of heart rate. If there are no symptoms/ trouble caused by it, rate of 48-50 beats is acceptable.
Moreover people who exercise regularly and are on rate controlling drugs after heart attack are likely to have relatively lower heart rates.
