Are taking thioquest and naprocyn recommended while breastfeeding?
i am having severe pain in my joints, not able to stand even,i have high uric acid level and high bp and gestational diabetes, have just delivered a baby three months back n i am breast feeding my baby,dr prescribed me thioquest and naprocyn, should i take them, could they effect my baby via milking
Thioquest contains thiocolchicoside which passes into the mother's milk and should NOT be taken while lactating. Naprosyn contains naproxen which is also passed in mother's milk but can be given if baby is at least 1 month old.
