General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since the other investigations all came back normal, anemia could very well be contributing to your symptoms. Treatment of anemia depends on the underlying cause. Please follow up with your treating physician for necessary management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
