Are Pain In The Muscles And Weakness Are The Symptoms Of Flu?
I had the flu last week and the week before - a mild form . The week before this my muscles were achey and weak. At the end of last week I was feeling much better, but now I have got weaker and more tired. My head feels cloudy and I am having time off work, but aside from this I have no other symptoms of flu.
Hello! I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Typical flu symptoms in children and adults include a fever (100 F - 103 F), chills, cough, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, headache, muscle aches, and fatigue When you've got the flu, you likely start off feeling extremely tired and achy all over. That fatigue and weakness may last for up to 3 weeks -- or even longer in the elderly, and people with chronic diseases or a weak immune system.
So you don't need to worry this can last a few days more. If this weakness last too long or you are getting worse i suggest to see a doctor. Meanwhile try to rest, drink plenty of fluids, eat healthy most vegetables. Hope It helps. Take care.
