Are Muscle Cramps And Loss Of Memory Linked?

I am getting regular muscle cramps first it was just my legs when I was going to sleep but now my hands, legs and feet are cramping constantly. I also have noticed my hands shaking for no reason.. I am noticing loss of memory as well. Could this be linked at all?
