Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Abdominal cramps, headache, lower back pain and breast engorgement and tenderness are present both in pregnancy and premenstrual period.
I will suggest you to get an urine pregnancy test done if your periods are delayed.
If not delayed, then you should wait for the periods.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
