Are Headaches, back Pain, nausea And Fatigue Symptoms Of Menopause?

I experienced a dizzy spell that caught my attention on March 30 2014, because I had never experience that before. SInce then I had more unexplainable systems as well. Irregular cycle late 5 days and not even remotely close to a normal my cycle. 35 years old and wondering if this could be early menopause. I am currently dealing with symptoms such as mild headaches that come and go. Low back pain, nausea, belching and I have not eaten, two emotional breakdowns and extreme tiredness. Negative HPT in April 2014 and unprotected sex since February. Could this be anything other than pregnancy? Just completed blood work checking thyroid levels and hormone levels only thing not done was pap smear.

Hi,

1) These are not symptoms of menopause alone.

2) These could be associated with diabetes also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Soumya, OBGYN
