Are Bloating, Gas, Lower Backpain Symptoms Of Ovarian Cancer Or Could Be Just Stress Related?

Im very worried ...i have these symptoms of ovarian cancer ...real bad bloating and gas and sometimes pain in lower back ...but i also stress alot and i am 47 and hoping its more menopause --have not had my period for a year -- could these same symptons be stress -- almost terrified to go to doctor???

Hi...these are not due to any cancer...your bloating and gas is due to gastritis which is due to your stress...and back pain could be due to your menopause... so stop taking stress...take pantaprazole with levosulpride combination twice daily on empty stomach for two weeks and then once daily for two weeks... you will be fine...also take calcium and vitamin d3
