Are Age Spots Which Are Bleeding A Symptom Of Skin Cancer?

I HAVE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS AN AGE SPOT ON MY UPPER LIP. IT HAS BEEN FEELING TENDER THE LAST FEW DAYS. THIS MORNING, IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD A PIMPLE UNDER IT, SO I BARELY PRICKED IT WITH MY FINGERNAILS. IT BEGAN BLEEDING-A LOT! IT KEPT BLEEDING. EVERYTIME I TOOK THE TOILET PAPER AWAY, IT WOULD IMMEDIATELY START BLEEDING AGAIN. IT TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES FOR IT TO STOP. I AM 55 WITH SKIN CANCER IN MY FAMILY (MOTHER AND GRANDFATHER).
