Hi,
You can test for pregnancy using estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres ten days post ovulation or get home pregnancy test done with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days after the missed period. In very early pregnancy, abdominal discomfort, sometimes mild cramps, watery vaginal discharge and raised body temperature by half a degree are observed. Though you have similar symptoms, they are non-specific and need to be confirmed through a test. Hope this helps.
