Aortic Aneurysm Stent That Is Increasing Day By Day
My husband had AAA aortic aneurysm stent 3 yrs ago; once a yr has cat-scan for leaks; this week the doctor called for him to have another scan in 6 months because the aneurysm got a little bigger. What do they do about it if it continues to grow and he already has the stent? He is so depressed I don t know what to tell him.

If it grows bigger then i am sorry to say i re stenting has to be done. Re stenting for aortic aneurysm is not an unknown territory. It is always better to be safe and get regualrly checked for leaks
