Any Suggestion For Severe Pain On Lower Side Of The Foot?

I am, Anil from India. Aged 25. I am suffering with pain on my lower side of the foot. there was no ache to it but getting pain, and the tissue near by that area is not lost the sensation of touch..the area about 2 cm is having pain. can please suggest me....Now I am on medication, Cephalexin 500 mg and aceclofenac 200 mg. taking medication since past 3 days

I can understand your problem this could be muscular pain may be due to poor posture stop the antibiotic that your are taking and that is "Cephalexin" this will not work here even stop the other drug too, if you were my patient then I would treat you with the following medicine
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg once in day
3) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
all three drug can be taken altogether, hope this information helps you have good day.
