Any Suggestion For Pelvic Heaviness After Been Diagnosed With Acute Prostatitis?

i am suffering from pelvic heaviness since past 15 days please provide me simple exercies to overcome it or diet to be followed i have been diagonised with acute prostatitis DOC HAS ADVISED TYRPTOMER 10 MG OD AND TRAMEDOL (pain killer )SOS AND HE HAS ALSO PROVIDED PROSTATE MASSAGE i laso feel irritation in anus

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have heaviness in lower abdomen and have been diagnosed to have Acute Prostatitis .

You need to take antibiotics to combat the infection of the prostate.The drugs that you have been prescribed are anti depressant and pain killer.

Please consult qualified urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic test done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine Routine and culture .
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen
3) Culture and sensitivity of the fluid collected after prostatic massage.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.for a period of 4-6 weeks.
