Any Suggestion For Pain And Cramping In Neck And Numbness In Thumb?

About a week to 10 days ago i was driving and i started getting this pain and cramping in my neck base of skull.it only got worse as the day / week went on until finally ive got a left arm that wont work its numb all the wsy to my thumb and i still have pain in my neck all down my left arm

I think you are suffering from cervical spondylysis. In this disease there is nerve compression and it cause cramp like feeling in shoulder and whole upper limb. My advice to you is get X ray of cervical spine and it will give us information about nerve compression. You may need MRI also. Till that time take Myoril and Myospaz as muscle relaxant. Also take pregabalin and methylcobal tablet. you should also learn physiotherapy for neck muscle strengthening exercises.
