Urologist 's  Response
Hi
I presume an urine culture and sensitivity test has been done to help the doctor prescribe the correct antibiotic. It will not be possible for me to suggest the correct antiobiotic without that test report.
The side effects could be due to the UTI itself and not due to Bactrim.
Having this in mind, please contact the ER again.
