Hi,
Subchorionic hematoma with pregnancy has risk of abortion. But most of the cases with live fetus resolve & have normal child birth.
The line of treatment should be-
- bed rest,
-Progesteron preparations as per doctor's advice
-Folic acid, vitamin E & vitamin C supplements help fetal development / maintenance
- Hormonal supplements should continue till the placenta is well developed/hematoma resolves.( assessed by sonography.)
Thanks.
