As you have taken the emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse and as all your urine pregnancy test kits gave negative results the possibility of pregnancy is less. Emergency contraceptive pill because of the high dose of hormones in it can alter the menstrual cycle. The repeated intake of emergency contraceptive pills can can lead to menstrual irregularity.
The spotting you noticed could be due to the withdrawal effect of emergency contraceptive pill. Now you better go for blood test for pregnancy and ultrasound to rule out the possibility of pregnancy and to find out the possible cause of your problem. Serum beta HCG levels in the blood test shows less than 5 mIU/mL rules of the possibility of pregnancy and ultrasound can help in ruling out other causes of delayed periods like polycystic ovarian disease, etc. Then treatment can be planned accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
