Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Low ferritin is suggestive of low iron store in the body.
What is the level of your hemoglobin?
I suggest you to take iron pills with the doctor prescription.
And eat iron containing foods such as leafy vegetables, liver, and meat.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
I find this answer helpful
